1. What’s Ten-Chi Cha?
Ten-Chi Cha (Ten-Chi Chuh) is authentic Japanese herbal beverage enjoyed by the Japanese people for many years. Ten-Chi Cha is unique to other alternative herbal beverages in three ways. Firstly, unlike other beverages that many only have one or two herbs, Ten-Chi cha is blended with 12 different herbs, making it a much more health-oriented beverage than others. Secondly, unlike Green Tea, Ten-Chi Cha contains no caffeine, no tannins and lastly, and perhaps most importantly, Ten-Chi Cha naturally contains a mild, sweet taste, making the addition of sugar unnecessary. 2. I see a lot of unfamiliar herbs. What are they?
The herbs and seeds used in Ten-Chi Cha are mostly indigenous to Asia, and while they have been used in Asia for centuries, they are fairly new to the rest of the world as tea constituents. One of the most well-known herbs, long celebrated for its health properties, is a native plant called “Doku-Dami”, which literally means “Poison-Blocking”. Doku-Dami is one of the few handful herbs to be listed under the prestigious Japanese Pharmacopoeia.

4. Why is the taste so mild, unlike other teas? What kind of roasting technique is employed?
The mild taste is due to the combination of traditional and state-of-the-art roasting techniques. The facility in Japan has years of experience of making blended tea. Manufacturing process begins with a careful washing of the herbs. Next, each ingredient is minutely chopped and the finest samples from each herbs are roasted individually. They are subsequently sent to a treatment tank, and mixed together to form Ten-Chi Cha. This process allows us to painstakingly chart each step of the roasting process from beginning to end, helping us to ensure the safety and quality of the product.
5. How often should I drink Ten-Chi Cha to achieve the maximum detox benefit?
We recommend having one family size of Ten-Chi Cha teabag per day (2 liter or half gallon of Ten-Chi Cha). Drinking Ten-Chi Cha after meals, especially if one has overeaten or feel bloated, is recommended.
6. How long should I expect to wait before seeing results?
Of course, each person is different and will consequently have different experience, but the average person reports seeing result such as weight-loss and healthier skin in around 2 – 3 months. Each person might have different experience of benefit of Ten-Chi Cha but average people who lost weight because of Ten-Chi Cha is drinking Ten-Chi Cha for 3 months made them skinnier and healthier.
7. Is it organic?
Ten-Chi Cha is not a certified organic product because most of the ingredients are not grown on a farm. Rather, they are harvested, wild, from the mountainside, so no agriculture chemicals were used in their production.
8. Is TEN-CHI CHA safe?
TEN-CHI CHA is completely safe and secure from the radiation issues in Japan. First of all, TEN-CHI CHA is produced in Tottori prefecture in Japan where is resided in West coast of Japan, miles and miles away from the nuclear plant in Fukushima. On top of that, it is mandatory that all teas products made to the abroad has to pass a series of food safety screening processes in Japan. Even after landing in the U.S. every products from Japan are currently required to go through FDA radiation test for the consumers safety.
