If any merchandise is found to be defective, damaged or dissatisfactory, a buyer may return the merchandise to us or exchange with the identical item and quantity within 15 days after receiving the product at the same product condition. The buyer should be responsible for any occurring shipping expenses at any return or exchange. Eco Vita is not responsible for any loss or damages caused from mishandling by the buyer or a carrier.
Refund on Returns
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made.
A check will be issued if payment was made by money order or check. If payment was made by credit card, credit will be issued to the credit card on record for that specific order.
