Orders may be placed through our website, phone, email or fax.
Unless otherwise noted, you will not be charged any sales, customs duty, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or any other tax.
We ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada at this time.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes. However, a representative will contact you first to determine whether the package will fit in your box. For special locations requiring clearance, a representative will contact you to work out a viable shipping method.
If you would like the tracking ID number to your package in transit, let us know and we will provide it for you. Otherwise, if your package does not arrive within a reasonably expected date, please contact us.
We can accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We can also receive payments through PayPal, electronic checks, money orders and personal checks. Please allow for an additional 14 days for personal checks to clear, since they must have done so prior to shipping.
If you would like to cancel an order you may do so by sending us an email. Please make sure that you type the words, “Order Cancellation” under the subject line. You must also include your full name and order number. You need to cancel within 24 hours of submitting an order, or we will be unable to process your cancellation.
